About me
Respect, humility and presence are important values for me as a family psychotherapist. My aim is to create a safe atmosphere in the consulting room.
Maybe you feel anxious, depressed, stressed, traumatized or maybe you are having troubles in relationships with significant others? You are very welcome to book an appointment. Either alone, or together with family members or a friend. Family of origin or family of choice, that is up to you.
I have worked for several years in an outward psychiatric clinic in Pietarsaari, mostly with adults of all ages but also with children and teenagers. I am well versed in individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy; as well as interventions regarding crisis and trauma. I am also an EMDR-therapist.
I have also worked at a Maternity and Child clinic where I have had the opportunity to meet parents to be, and parents/families with babies and toddlers. Looking forward to meeting you!

- Family therapy – 160 € / 90 min
- Psychotherapy – 105 € / 45 min
- Short therapy – 105 € / 45 min
- Supervision – 60 min (inc. tax. 24%)
