SLIGHT ANXIETY
Even if the basic things of everyday life are working as usual, you are worried about how you feel – or wonder if you should be.
One or two visits to a psychologist can help you sort out your thoughts.

ANXIETY
Your state of mind has already started to affect your daily life or your relationships in different ways. You are worried about your situation and want help to deal with it.
Short-term therapy with an experienced psychologist is a good start. Book an initial appointment – you do not need a referral.

GREAT ANXIETY
Your anxiety has been going on for a long time and is clearly affecting one or more areas of your life or preventing you from leading a basic, normal life.
Psychotherapy (about 20-40 sessions) is an effective way to start addressing and getting help with a major worry.
