About me

I am an experienced psychologist and psychotherapist/psychoanalyst (IPA). Specialist in intensive short-term psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I combine affect focused work with a deep understanding of attachment based perspective of human development. I offer short term dynamic psychotherapy which is research based and a hands on way working on common mental health issues. Sometimes talking about issues is not enough, working on affective and experiential level maybe needed. I am also a trainer in the method.

In oder to have sufficient time to reach also the experiential level in the psychotherapy I prefer to book the initial meeting as double appointment, 2 x 45 min.

The most common reasons to book therapy session with me: The reasons for booking an appointment can be for example anxiety, depressive mood, feelings of burnout or relationship issues. I offer brief psychotherapy, consultation and psychotherapy assessment. I also offer supervision for psychotherapist.
